Delivery time is just as important as printing time. That is why we've developed procedures and systems to ensure that our clients meet their deadlines. We've worked hard to get the fastest and most affordable shipping anywhere in the US and Canada.
To help suit your time and budget needs, we offer four types of shipping:
We deliver the order to our customers' door anywhere in North America and Europe within 2 days via UPS. You can receive your order within 6 business days after proof approval (4 business days printing + 2 days delivery). The shipping cost is indicated in Instant Quote, which includes customs clearance and delivery to your door.
When Air Express is too expensive, but Ocean shipping won't make your deadline, Air Expedited is the best option for you. The normal delivery time is 4~5 days to North America. You can receive your order within 9 business days after proof approval (4 business days printing + 5 days delivery). Like Air Express, the shipping cost includes customs clearance and delivery to your door.
We deliver from South Korea to the Long Beach port, CA by ocean shipping. The transit time is 13 ~ 14 days or 17 ~ 18 days depending on order quantity.
The price you can see on Instant Quote includes customs clearance for your order at the LA port. (Port-to-door price is not included.)

You can book and pay the trucking fee directly to FreightCenter.
We will inform you the precise pick-up date and time, from the LA port, before customs clearance is done so you can have enough time to reserve trucking service.
If you choose ocean + trucking, we deliver your order to the LA port by ocean and then to your door by trucking. The transit time from South Korea to LA port is 13 ~ 14 days or 17 ~ 18 days depending on your order quantity. For exact times and prices from the LA port to your door, please submit a custom quote. Our affiliate trucking company will handle your order with extreme care for a safe delivery to your door.
Blind shipping, or private label shipping, is the best way to ship for designers who want to keep all information from their clients. We will ship your order directly to your client using your name and address as the return address. This is to help you protect your product source. The shipments are packed without any literature about the order unless specified.
You can choose blind shipping when you input the delivery address during the order process.
However, please keep in mind that if your client asks for shipping information, there is no way that we can change the location that the shipment departed from.
