You can upload your art files during the ordering process, or in My Account after you have placed your order. Heidel Print uses direct online upload instead of using FTP. You will see the "file upload page" as shown below during the ordering process or by clicking UP button in My Account. As shown on this page, you can easily upload your art files by few times of clicking. You can upload files up to 2 GB at a time.
If uploading is taking too long on our file upload link, we recommend using the website www.yousendit.com. It allows you to upload 2GB files at a time. After uploading, you can e-mail the link to support@heidelprint.com. We can download it from the link directly and will receive your file quickly.
