Ordering

We offer one of the easiest ordering systems for printing! We are dedicated to making the process as simple as possible for our clients. Let us do all the work!

There are 3 easy steps to complete an order.

1) After getting your quote from Instant Quote or Custom Quote, click the button for "Order Now".
2) Upload your files to My Account or to our FTP server if the files are too big.
3) Once we have made an e-proof, confirm it on My Account and we can start printing after payment!

Order Tracking

You can track the progress of your order in My Account. Our support representatives will be in constant contact with you to let you know the status of your order.


Change in Order

You can only change your order before you approve the proof file. Once the proof file has been approved and payment has been confirmed, we start printing. We cannot accept any changes. This is why our support representatives work closely with all clients to ensure that there are no mistakes once printing begins.

If you want to make a change before the proof has been approved, please upload the new files in My Account and contact your support representative. Any differences in payment should be wired to the Heidel Print account and a copy of the receipt should be sent to support@heidelprint.com to continue the order.


Order Cancellation

We advise clients to consider their cancellation carefully as it will effect your credibility in the future. There are no cancellations once printing has begun. If you decide to cancel the order after making payment, a 0.89 ~ 3.9% fee will be deducted from your refund. No fee will be charged if you have not made a payment yet. All order cancellations should be e-mailed with a detailed reason for the cancellation to support@heidelprint.com
